Why here
Duluth began as a crossroads.
Duluth began as a crossroads. A road cut through to the Chattahoochee in the 1830s, a railroad arrived in 1871 and gave the town its name, and the place has been somewhere people pass through and then stay ever since. That is still the shape of it. More than a hundred languages across the county. A hundred and fifty international companies inside the city limits. A workforce assembled from everywhere, doing real work in real buildings.
What this firm will not do

THRUM takes no payment from any benefits carrier or broker, on any engagement. It is stated in writing in every proposal.

Fixed fee, named deliverable, agreed date. Billing by the hour rewards taking longer.
No selling by fear.
Compliance risk is real. It gets stated plainly, once, with a number — and it is never the drumbeat.
