Fixed fee, named deliverable, agreed date. No hourly billing, because hourly billing pays a consultant to take longer.

Bands scale with headcount, number of sites, and how many languages the work has to land in. Every engagement is quoted precisely after a short scoping call — the figure in the proposal is the figure on the invoice.
